Given the amount of work recently undertaken for new and existing customers, running this project in parallel has been no small feat. 

On this site we will be launching many new services over the coming months.  Services will include:

• New support tools for our existing customers including a trouble ticketing system.
• Easier access to our hosting environment
  
• Upgrades to the current hosting tools

For those with an interest in application development expect to see in the next few weeks some nice uses of AJAX.  Also for those of you who utilise XP / Agile we will be releasing a VS.NET plugin for Test Driven Development.
